The Gift of Life and Health

We all want to receive gifts as often as there are birthdays and anniversaries. We take an obvious pleasure in showing the gifts to others for the reason that it gives joy both to the giver and to the receiver.  Giving gifts strengthen the bonds of friendship and love that make life so valuable. But there is this one greatest gift that is often wasted because of greed and the so called pleasure that many hastily equate with happiness: the gift of life and health.  At times, it’s too late to realize that this greatest gift  has been lost, and more money and time is needed to regain, till at last they fall into a, perhaps, an untimely grave.
