When you detox, it is a Must that you leave processed foodstuffs “behind bars” and let it stay there till the end of time. Eat lots of fresh, natural whole foods. This way, you will increase your intake of valuable, organic-natural fibre, and food rich in vitamins and minerals. Strictly follow this way and you’ll eventually feel the improvement of your general health. The damage done by too much toxicity is healed in the long run.

You may find losing weight when you strictly follow the process of detoxing. Although slimming is specifically not the aim of detoxing, at least you hit two birds in one stone – a slim body and a perfect health.
